To reactivate a revoked device in the Heimdal Dashboard, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Heimdal Dashboard:
https://dashboard.heimdalsecurity.com/ - From the left-side menu, navigate to:
Unified Management > Device Info - In the Device Info section, locate the filters panel on the right side of the page.
- In the filters panel, select Revoked and click Apply.
- Locate and select the revoked endpoint from the list of devices.
- After selecting the endpoint, an Actions field will appear below the hostname section.
- From the Actions menu, select Unrevoke to restore the device.
Note:
If the hostname does not appear in the list, adjust the timeframe/start date. The selected date should correspond to when the device was originally revoked.
- Once the device has been unrevoked, return to the endpoint and restart the activation process.
