    Our Support Department can offer you assistance in English or German
    Our support department is available only during working days(Mondays to Fridays)
    The working hours of our support department are between 9AM - 9PM CET(Central European Time)
    You can expect our first reply anytime between 0 and 12 hours
    The same goes for the second reply: we'll send it between 0 and 12 hours
    It usually takes between 48 and 96 hours for us to resolve a case
