If you have Internet connectivity issues referring to the Network Connectivity Status Indicator, they can be fixed by adjusting the Global DNS on the NCSI settings inside the Local Group Policy Editor.
To do that, follow the steps below:
1. Press the Start button and type gpedit.msc.
2. Navigate to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network Connectivity Status Indicator and open Specify global DNS.
3. Select Enabled (tick the Use global DNS option) and press Apply and Ok.
