ECrime Partner Portal - SecureDNS/Forseti

First of all: Welcome to the ECrime Threat Intelligence Portal.

You can access the portal from known company networks with your username (your e-mail address) and your password.

If, however, mobility is required, we offer an alternate login solution that involves username, password, and OTP. The OTP solution is supported by multiple mobile platforms and apps. It generates a One Time Password, which – combined with username and password – grants access to the eCrime Portal, regardless of the user’s location and IP address.

Google Authenticator is available from both Apple's App Store and from Google's Play Store. Also, Blackberry and Windows phones have 2FA apps available that will do the job. Upon request, we can send a QR code that should be scanned with the OTP app. This will then generate a 6-digit code that can be used as OTP with user name and password.

Your account

Your user name is your email address. All notifications will be sent to this address. The user settings are located in the top right corner of the portal.

Change of password

When you sign up, you will get a mail with a link for a password reset. Follow the link and enter a password. Passwords are stored with strong one-way encryption (hashing). You can change your password in the user settings. If you need to reset your password, please contact support@heimdalsecurity.com or support@csis.dk.

Notification settings

In the user account settings, it is easy to configure how often you want e-mail notification from our different services. The options to choose from are:

  • Never
  • Immediate
  • Daily
  • Weekly

Note: Mails are sent to the mail address used for login.

 

API access token

Generate a token

To be able to authenticate with a token to eCrime HTTP API you must have an active token. You can generate the token in the API access token page in the user settings by clicking "Generate new token":

Generate a new token and deactivate the existing one

If you already have an active access token but you wish to generate a new one, click "Generate new token". The old token will be deactivated and you will not be able to authenticate with it.

Deactivate the existing token

If you wish to deactivate the existing token but do not generate a new one, click "Deactivate token".


User control

Every user is a member of a BU (Business Unit), and BU rights are hierarchical. The members of a BU have the right to share information (drop data and/or tickets) downwards to child BUs. Members of lower hierarchic BUs can be granted access to information by a parent or grandparent BUs and so forth.

Tickets are the best way to communicate with the team but it also offers the possibility to link questions, information, or requests to drop data or articles.
