These are the steps that you need to follow in case Thor downgrades from Home version to the Free version. Sometimes, due to some internet connection lags, Thor loses its connection and it cannot work without an internet connection.
- Please Right click on the Start Button (the flag) and select Computer Management
- On the left side of the window that opens please expand Services and Applications (see photo below) (Arrow 1)
- Click on Services (Arrow 2)and on the right side please search for Heimdal Client Host (Arrow 3) and then right click on it and press Restart or Start (Arrow 4)
Now Thor should work fine.
