These are the steps that you need to follow in case Heimdal Security downgrades from Pro/Family version to Free version. Sometimes, due to some internet connection lags, Heimdal loses his connection and Heimdal can't work without an internet connection.
- Please Right click on the Start Button (the flag) and select Computer Management
- On the left side of the window that opens please expand Services and Applications (see photo bellow) (Arrow 1)
- Click on Services (Arrow 2)and on the right side please search for Heimdal Client (Arrow 3 )and then right click on it and press Restart or Start (Arrow 4)
Now Heimdal Security should work fine.
